Job Title: Operations & Sales Assistant Associate
Reports To: The Operations & Sales Assistant Associate will report to the Sales Manager.
Job Overview: This position plays an important role with daily operations and sales initiatives. It involves successful and timely completion of a diverse set of responsibilities. An ideal candidate will be able to quickly shift tasks throughout the day as needs are dictated by customer requests and business obligations. Though an entry level position, there is an opportunity for advancement into either Sales, Administration, or Technology Services.
Compensation: Starting at $15/hour or higher depending on experience.
Position Type: Full Time. 30-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities and Duties: Primary responsibilities include shared phone duties, product & pricing research for projects and quotes, project & service ticket entry, ordering & invoicing, and reviewing outstanding tickets with technician and/or customer follow-up. Warehouse duties will involve shipping, receiving, stocking and inventory control. Other administrative duties include scanning and filing. Candidates with more technical experience or aptitude may be trained to monitor & troubleshoot customer networks.
Qualifications: Education level: College degree or similar life skills/experience.
Experience: Technical background or aptitude is preferred, a passion for technology is ideal.
Specific skills: Typing/Data Entry. A familiarity with QuickBooks and/or ERP Systems, such as ConnectWise, would be useful.
Personal characteristics: Reliable. Punctual; On-time. Own personal & dependable transportation.
Physical abilities: Must be able to lift & carry up to 35 pounds.
