Job Overview
: This position plays an important role with daily operations and customer services initiatives. It involves successful and timely completion of a diverse set of responsibilities. An ideal candidate will be able to quickly shift tasks throughout the day as needs are dictated by customer requests and business obligations. There is an opportunity for advancement into either Sales, Administration, or Technology Services.

: Starting at $15-$20/hour, depending on experience.

Position Type
: Full Time. 30-40 hours per week.

Position Location: Lazerware Corporate Office

: Health Insurance (shared cost), company phone, company laptop.

Responsibilities and Duties
: Primary responsibilities include service ticket entry, reviewing outstanding tickets with technician and/or customer follow-up, shared phone duties, product & pricing research for quotes, plus, ordering & invoicing. Candidates with more technical experience or aptitude may be trained to monitor & troubleshoot customer networks.


Education: ´╗┐College degree or similar life skills/experience.
Technical background or aptitude is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Specific skills
Typing/Data Entry. A familiarity with QuickBooks and/or ConnectWise would be useful.
Personal characteristics
Reliable. Punctual; On-time. Own personal & dependable transportation.
Physical abilities
Must be able to lift & carry up to 35 pounds.
